What do I actually have to do?
Check out, tell us your business name and one link, tap ✓ on what we found, pick your domain, and connect your bank in Square so payments reach you. That's it. We do everything else.
I already have a website. Can you use what's on it?
Yes. Run the free X-ray above to see where it stands. When you buy a build, Weby reads your current site, Google listing and socials so you don't have to type anything twice. Your new site is a complete rebuild, not a template.
How do payments work?
Your customers pay through Square, straight into your own Square account. You choose deposits, fees or full payment. WebMade never sees your bank details, and a booking is only marked confirmed once Square shows the payment.
How fast does my site go live?
The same day, once your business details are in. Your custom domain connects as soon as its DNS verifies, which can take a little longer.
Do I need a domain?
No. We find three available names, mark the one we'd pick, buy the one you choose and connect it for you.
Can I change things after launch?
Anytime, from My Business: hours, services, prices, photos, anything. You can also see your analytics and add upgrades there with one tap.
Is Weby a real person?
No, and Weby will always tell you so. Weby is WebMade's AI. Weby answers from your verified business info, says so when it doesn't know something, and hands off to you when a person is needed.
How do the $100 credits work?
Sign up for WebMade texts and you get a $100 credit toward a WebMade Pro build. Refer a friend who buys WebMade Pro or higher and you get another $100 credit, usable on anything you buy from WebMade. Credits aren't cash and are issued once the purchase clears our 48-hour full-refund window and the payment is fully collected. Credits are never paid out as cash.
What is the WebMade Partner program?
Anyone, anywhere (except countries under US sanctions), can sign up as a WebMade Partner at app.webmade.io/partners. US partners complete a W-9; partners outside the US complete a W-8BEN. Partners send us referrals however they like: by email, by text, in person. What if I don't love my website?
WebMade Pro and Genesis World come with a 48-hour money-back guarantee. The clock starts when we send you your live site, and you can see it counting down in My Business. Ask within those 48 hours and you get a full refund. Monthly plans have no refunds: cancel any time in My Business and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. WebMade Touch cards and Social Cinema films are not refundable.
