Terms

WebMade terms

Last updated October 11, 2026. These terms cover buying from WebMade and using the services WebMade runs for your business. Questions: contact@webmade.io.

What you buy

Billing and cancelling

Credits and Partner payouts

Your content and your site

You own your business name, logo, photos and content. You confirm you have the right to the material you give us, and you let WebMade use it to build, run and promote your site. Your business's payments go to your own Square account. Domains WebMade registers for you are registered for your business.

Your customers' data

When WebMade handles your customers' information for you, it acts as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which you accept at checkout.

Weby and AI

Weby is WebMade's AI, not a person, and says so. Weby answers from your verified business information and hands off to a person when it doesn't know. Check anything important, such as prices and appointment times, in your confirmation.

Texting terms

WebMade texts. When you text WebMade's number or give a WebMade-run business your number for bookings, you agree to receive texts about your conversation, appointments, orders and account (replies, confirmations, reminders and updates). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Using WebMade fairly

Don't use WebMade services for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or to send messages people didn't agree to receive. We may pause a service that's being misused, and we'll tell you why.

Limits

We work hard to keep every site and service running and correct, but we can't promise they will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, WebMade's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid WebMade in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell active customers about material changes before they take effect.
